In the  CNA/CFNU joint position statement  (2015) on  practice environments, a quality practice environment is described as supporting “the delivery of safe, compassionate, competent and ethical care while maximizing the health of clients and nurses”.  In section, you will learn about how to set the stage for constructive conflict resolution as well as how to address and prevent conflict.   You will also explore your role as a leader in the context of conflict and how to build trust in your leadership.
