At the end of this module, learners should be able to:

- Apply these theories, principles, and evidence-based tools to current quality and safety challenges.
- Have the ability to contribute to the development of quality initiatives, including quality improvement plans.
- Be familiar with the legislation related to Quality in Ontario and the specific accountabilities of organizations and health professionals.
- Be aware of the various resources and supports available to facilitate quality improvement and safety in health care.
