Step 4 – Delivery of the Course

Flexible Learning will work with department head and/or faculty Associate Deans to come up with a delivery date for the course.

ID Team will fully support first (and second) delivery including,

• • various administrative tasks
  • answer instructor questions
  • provide just-in-time training for aspects of the course
  • provide guidance for instructors new to a delivery mode
  • assist with technical issues
  • make adjustments as needed during delivery where possible
  • note elements that may need to be adjusted for the next delivery
