Self-reflection within a learning context means examining the way we learn and the work we have accomplished and using the insights we gather to inform our future actions. Taking the time to consider how an activity, learning strategy, or an assignment has helped you learn can enable you to identify what’s working, what’s not, and opportunities for improvement. The following video will explain the importance of self-reflection, how you can develop reflection skills, and will review a framework that you can use to become a reflective learner.
