RAPIDO PATRON CANCELLED REQUEST

Patrons are able to cancel their interlibrary loan request through their Quick Find Account.

Alert

• Patron cancelled the request but the borrowing request cannot be cancelled

if a patron cancels a request that has already been shipped by the lender, the borrower receives an alert in the borrowing task list that the patron cancelled the request

• Receive the item
  • A note will populate stating to return the item to the lender

• Return the book to the lending library
