Rapido Change Request Format

RAPIDO CHANGE REQUEST FORMAT

Lending requests may need to be changed from digital to physical or vice versa depending on the request information and license terms for an item.

Alma Resource Sharing

• Click edit in the request

• Go to: Request Attributes
• Format: Select required format and change as necessary

• Click Save

• Requested status will change to new format
• Click ellipsis
• Select shipping method depending on format and process following standard procedures
