RAPIDO ACTIVE GENERAL MESSAGE

A lending library can send a general message via their Rapido/Alma Resource Sharing with information status or query information regarding our  borrowing request.

• Resource Sharing Requests>Borrowing>Active General Message

• Review the status of the message and determine next steps
  • Message Lender if required
  • NEED PIC
  • Message patron if required
  • NEED PIC
• When the message has been resolved click Dismiss, this clears the active status but leaves the message in the request
