Rapido Convert Request Type

RAPIDO CONVERT REQUEST TYPE

To change the request type/format use  the Convert Request Type option in order to trigger the correct workflow for the request.

Rapido/Alma Resource Sharing

• To change the request type/format click edit the Ellipsis (…) in on the request
• Click Convert Request Type

• Concert to: Select correct option
  • Note the options may be different depending on the original request, for assistance see Manager, Library Collections Services

• Click Convert

• Edit screen will open and request format type will be updated

• Ensure all information is correct in the record
• Click Recalculate Partner
  • This is required to update the Rota to the correct libraries, a new rota will be built and the request will moved to a lender if available
