In this section, you will acknowledge and explore how Indigenous worldviews and pedagogy can play a role in your professional practice. Key topics in this section:
- Respectfully opening your mind and heart to Indigenization
- Relevance of Indigenous worldviews
- Responsively creating space for Indigenous knowledge from Elders and other knowledge keepers/authorities
- Reciprocity and multiple ways of “listening” in oral traditions
